I Heart These Kiddos
Super wow! I am so impressed with these kids. They were perfect for the entire 3 hour session. It was a long session but we had to work around a set of twins needing naps and food and my own little ones. Patience is an awesome virtue. Deb you better lock up your gorgeous gals! I can't tell you how hard it was to narrow down my favorites. Deb's older son and the baby boy twin will get more photos tomorrow. Can't wait to finish this set of photos. The entire session can be viewed here

Five Months Old
Time flies! I am astonished my little guy is already 5 months old. We had a fun session on Monday. I hired a muscle woman to come and help heft my chubby guy in the air. About 10 minutes before the session I had an idea to make/sew a sling that a baby can sit in. My creation worked pretty well but the next one will be longer. I always see newborns in the slings so wanted to try something different.
I did not really like the fabric, a flannel, but it was all I had on hand. My almost 3 year old actually requested her picture taken!

Miss Thang
Wow...this little beauty let me boss her around for 2 hours! Te-he-he! I had several poses to try out, a new location, and worked on using my new backdrops and speed light as a bounce flash in my basement. Oh man! I would love to steal her anyday for another session!

New Faux Wood Floor!!
My awesome hubby helped make me a faux wood floor and several backdrop supports (upon which I can glue fabric). My little son and I tried out the floor this afternoon. He is way too cute. Scrumptious!!!
Step in Time
Finally assembled my huge black backdrop! My little girl was so excited to dance on it, I HAD to oblige! I put on "Step in Time" from Mary Poppins and let her dance. What fun!!!

Christmas Love
I LOVE the last photo...this is totally my little princess: preening in her new Snow White costume. What a little cutie. The other pictures were taken in natural light from a large picture west facing window, in front of the Christmas trees. The Snow White picture is light using a removable flash directed to the ceiling as a bounce light.
The Baby is Four Months OLD
Time FLIES!!!! Photos taken with two "hot" lights, Sony Alpha 200, 50mm lens, aperture 3.2, 400 ISO, 1/250 s...working on my skills using a white background.
