New Hair-cute

I finally got fed up with the sheep dog look! We went to Cookie Cutters this morning for child torture. "A" blubbered sugar spit and swallowed bits of hair gagging the whole time. The lady was really fast so we were in and out in five minutes. We passed a mirror on the way out and she "ohhhed" at herself. So she is a pretty little lady! Now she looks like a little girl. Boo hoo, my "A" is growing up so fast.

M&K Christmas Smiles

These two little sweeties are so adorable in their Christmas dresses. I want a cute dress too! We had some fun watching "M" wiggle and shake in her dance outfit. My little "A" was all over the action since she is good friends with the little-er girl.

Jess

I photographed Jess' little baby a couple months ago. Once again it was SO difficult to find my favorites...so I made a collage plus a couple more! Geepers. Jess' brother was so funny, he nearly made me cry from laughing so hard. I love working with families who have a wonderful personality like this one. Baby "A" was deliciously petite-y gorgeous.

Have "A" Merry Christmas

Here are a couple priceless captures of my little toddler, little "A"! She has a litany of facial expressions that are very precious to my husband and I. What a funny gal! Merry Christmas...

Lia

My little niece LOVES her little tongue! She kept tasting the air like a little turtle. What perfection. Don't you adore all that black hair??

Misti

I met Misti when I passed out fliers in our neighborhood back in October. She brought over her two kids for a family picture and Christmas Cards! It was fun to get some smiles out of a teenager! She was a hard one to crack.

Digital Death in the Call Family

Please remember my poor camera! We had some good times. The camera doctor at Inkley's said it would cost $400 to repair my Alphie 100 camera. Sony said their initial charge was a base rate of $224 plus repairs cost, tax, and shipping. Most of the local repair peeps around here just send the camera back to Sony for fixin' up. A new Sony Alpha 200 is about $500. You do the math. I nearly want to give up photography until I can afford another camera. Justin graciously suggested I use his motorcycle fund to buy a new camera and pay him back (so he can get a gun instead of a motorcycle). Join me tomorrow night when I bury Alphie in the backyard. May she rest in peace.

Perfection

Here is the family I photographed on Tuesday. I thought the kids were so cute. I could not believe the incredible blue eyes four of the kids had, M's brown eyes melted me!
